Training methodology At Ziphi Nkomo Training Services CC our students learn by applying their knowledge in a controlled environment as well as in the workplace. To ensure effective learning we make use of a combination of theory, role plays, case studies and workplace assessments and assignments. Course material All course material is developed and customized to suit the specific needs and requirements of the client. Our course material and assessment material is aligned to the applicable unit standards as per SAQA requirements.
